Delivery

When your gift is sent

Your gift does not exist until you order it. We make it after you buy. Each product page tells you how many working days that item takes before it leaves us.

That figure is deliberately generous, so the date we give you is a date we can keep.

Working days mean Monday to Friday. They do not count Singapore public holidays.

How it travels

We deliver within Singapore by courier. Delivery is charged by the total weight of your basket, so a keychain costs less to send than a glass bottle. You see the exact delivery charge before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

We do not deliver outside Singapore at the moment. If you need a gift sent overseas, message us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

Following your parcel

As soon as the courier collects your gift, you get an email with a tracking number. You can follow the parcel from your order page at any time.

If nobody is home

The courier will try again and will contact you directly. Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer.

If something is holding your order up

Sometimes things go wrong. A supplier is late, a machine is down, or something in your design needs checking with you. When that happens we contact you and tell you. We will not let your order quietly run past its date.

If your parcel does not arrive

Get in touch with your order number. If tracking has not moved for 5 working days, we treat the parcel as delayed and chase the courier ourselves.

Delivery inside Singapore usually takes one to three days, so five days of silence is clearly not normal.

If the parcel is genuinely lost, we make your gift again or refund you. You do not have to argue with the courier. That is our job.

If the address was wrong

We send to the address on your order. If it was typed wrongly and the parcel comes back to us, we can send it again once you pay the delivery charge a second time.

If a typing mistake in the address means the parcel is delivered to somebody else, we cannot replace it for free.
