Before you write in about an order
Please have your order number to hand. It is at the top of your confirmation email. If your question is about how your gift looked, the preview picture attached to that same email is the quickest thing to point us at.
Common questions
How long will my gift take? Each product page tells you, in working days. It is made after you order, so it is not next-day.
Can you rush it? Ask us. If the workshop can absorb it we will say yes, and if it cannot we will tell you honestly rather than promise and miss.
I typed the wrong name. Tell us straight away. If we have not started making it, we can fix it for free.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders? Yes. Message us with the quantity and what you have in mind.
